MMG Real Estate Advisors Facilitates Sale of 192-Unit Apartment Complex in Bryan, Texas
Regional brokerage firm MMG Real Estate Advisors has successfully brokered the sale of The Element at University Park, a 192-unit apartment complex located in Bryan, Texas. The property, constructed in 2000, features a mix of one- and two-bedroom residences. Amenities for residents include various sports courts for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball, alongside a dedicated business center.
Houston-based Lumen Capital divested the asset to Hayden Properties for an undisclosed sum. The transaction was facilitated by a team from MMG, including Harris Weber, Michael Moffitt, Michael Watson, Michael Miller, and Thomas Skevington. The marketing campaign for The Element at University Park generated significant interest, attracting over 120 confidentiality agreements and 12 written offers. Notably, this interest extended to out-of-state buyers who previously had no investment footprint in Texas, indicating strong market demand for multifamily assets in the region. This deal underscores continued investor appetite for established apartment communities in growing Central Texas markets.
