Autonomous Solutions Inc. Doubles Office and Testing Space in Fort Worth’s AllianceTexas
Autonomous Solutions Inc. (ASI), a developer of self-governing vehicle technology, is expanding its operations within Fort Worth's AllianceTexas development. The company plans to more than double its Texas office space, moving into a redesigned 25,806-square-foot facility across two floors of the Hillwood Commons 1 building within the 900-acre Alliance Town Center. This expansion represents a significant increase from its previous 11,097-square-foot office.
The Utah-based firm's decision to grow its presence in AllianceTexas underscores the development's role as a key hub for the autonomous vehicle market. ASI co-founder and CEO Mel Torrie noted that the location serves as one of the company's proving grounds and regional facilities, enabling close collaboration with North Texas project partners. The expansion is expected to optimize customer and partner support, facilitating quicker deployment of OEM-agnostic autonomous vehicle solutions designed to improve safety, efficiency, and productivity while addressing labor shortages.
ASI's Mobius software, which orchestrates industrial autonomous fleets for sectors like civil construction, agriculture, and logistics, benefits from this expanded testing capability. Hillwood officials view ASI as an ideal tenant, highlighting AllianceTexas's ability to provide talent, customers, a favorable business environment, and the flexibility needed for companies to test and scale new technologies. This expansion reinforces AllianceTexas's position as a magnet for autonomous technology firms.
