Walker & Dunlop Arranges $75 Million Refinancing for St. Petersburg Multifamily Tower
Walker & Dunlop recently facilitated a $75 million fixed-rate Freddie Mac loan for the refinancing of EVO St. Petersburg, a 220-unit multifamily tower in Florida. Located at 334 2nd Ave. S., the 23-story residential complex was completed in 2023. The financing was secured on behalf of the borrower, FrontRange Capital Partners, by a team from Walker & Dunlop.
The EVO St. Petersburg property offers a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans. Residents have access to approximately 23,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, such as a swimming pool, fitness center, business center, clubhouse, and a pet play area. Additionally, the tower integrates 13,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. This significant refinancing deal underscores continued lender confidence in newly developed, amenity-rich multifamily assets in key Florida markets, providing long-term stability for the property's ownership.
