Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia Completes in Downtown Miami

Related Group and Alta Developers have announced the completion of Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia, a 650-foot-tall, 56-story condominium tower located at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Piero Lissoni of Lissoni New York and landscape architecture by Enzo Enea, the development introduces 319 new residences to the market, including 10 penthouses.

Construction for the project, which began in November 2023 with Coastal Construction as the general contractor and Cain International providing financing, is now complete. Over 90 percent of the luxury homes are under contract, with closings in progress and the first residents having moved in. This venture represents B&B Italia's inaugural residential development, integrating their signature craftsmanship into the building's common areas, amenities, and select residential finishes.

The tower offers extensive amenities across two floors, including a 360 Wellness Center, multiple pools, a private theater, and co-working spaces. The completion of Casa Bella Residences adds significant high-end residential inventory to Miami's urban core, demonstrating continued demand for luxury condominiums in the area and providing a benchmark for design-led development.
