Del Webb Launches 670-Home Active Adult Community in Cypress’s Bridgeland
Del Webb, a division of Atlanta-based PulteGroup, has opened Del Webb Bridgeland, a new active adult community catering to residents aged 55 and up. The community, located within the expansive Bridgeland master-planned development in Cypress, held its grand opening on October 3rd. This marks Bridgeland's initial foray into dedicated active adult housing options.
The development is slated to feature 670 homes situated in Creekland Village. Prices for these homes begin in the mid-$400,000s, with sizes ranging from 1,600 to 2,712 square feet. Future residents will have access to a comprehensive suite of amenities, including a clubhouse, a resort-style swimming pool, a fitness center, a golf simulator, a movement studio, and both indoor and outdoor pickleball courts. The community will also employ a dedicated lifestyle director.
Bridgeland, an 11,500-acre project by Howard Hughes Communities, already offers a diverse range of housing, from single-family homes to urban townhomes. The introduction of Del Webb Bridgeland further diversifies the residential landscape, providing a specialized option for the growing active adult demographic in the Houston metropolitan area.
