KBS, a California-based investment firm, has finalized the sale of the Tollway North Office Park, a substantial 297,591-square-foot property in Plano, Texas. The buyer is BH Properties, an investment firm based in Los Angeles. This transaction involves a seven-building campus spanning approximately 27 acres, strategically located within Plano's Legacy Business Park.
The office park is designed to accommodate a diverse range of tenants, including traditional office users, as well as those in the life sciences and light industrial sectors. At the time of the sale, the property maintained an occupancy rate of approximately 70 percent.
