Cedarwood Cos., an Ohio-based developer, has commenced construction on a new 272-unit multifamily project named Topaz at Light Farms Way in Celina, a city within the North Texas region. The development will feature a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences. Future residents can anticipate a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, dog park, playground, and a car care center. The property will also provide access to walking trails and various green spaces.
Cedarwood’s in-house general contracting division is overseeing the construction phases of the project. The developer expects the first residential units to be ready for occupancy by next summer. This new multifamily offering will contribute to the housing supply in the rapidly expanding North Texas market, providing additional options for renters in Celina.
