Eagle AI Leases Full Floor at 120 Fifth Avenue, Bringing Flatiron Building to Full Occupancy
Eagle AI, an artificial intelligence-based solutions provider, has leased an entire 6,500-square-foot floor at 120 Fifth Avenue in New York City. This September-signed agreement marks a significant milestone for landlord Bromley Companies, as it brings the 11-story office property to full occupancy. The lease is believed to be a relocation for Eagle AI from its previous address at 5 Penn Plaza.
This transaction is part of a trend at 120 Fifth Avenue, following two other full-floor leases signed in recent months. AI healthcare company Iterative Scopes took 6,500 square feet in April, and financial crime intelligence firm Kharon secured a similar 6,500-square-foot space in August. Peter Tong, Senior Vice President of Asset Strategy at Bromley Companies, highlighted the strong demand from high-growth organizations in AI, technology, and analytics for dedicated full-floor identities combined with high-performance, prebuilt infrastructure in the lower Fifth Avenue/Union Square District.
Bromley Companies handled the representation in-house, while Eric Hazen of Cushman & Wakefield represented Eagle AI. This series of leases underscores the continued appeal of well-located, specialized office spaces for tech-focused companies, indicating a robust market for properties that meet specific tenant needs.
