Industrial development and investment firm Kurv, previously known as Bridge Industrial, has initiated construction on a significant 471,231-square-foot project in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Named Kurv Perth Amboy III, the facility is situated at 555 Market Street, approximately two miles from the Outerbridge Crossing, enhancing its logistical appeal.
The new industrial building is designed with a 40-foot clear height, which is a key feature for modern warehousing and distribution operations. It will include 69 exterior docks, two drive-in doors, and 2,550 square feet of dedicated office space. Parking provisions are substantial, with capacity for 243 cars and 120 trailers, accommodating high-volume logistics needs.
Groundbreaking for the project occurred during the summer, and the development team anticipates that the space will be ready for tenant occupancy in early 2027. CBRE has been appointed to market the building for lease, indicating continued investment in Northern New Jersey's industrial real estate market, offering new capacity for logistics and distribution operations in a strategic location.
