Sentinel Technologies Leases Full 63,409 SF Building for New Lisle Headquarters
Sentinel Technologies has signed a lease for its new corporate headquarters, taking the entire 63,409-square-foot building at Corporetum Office Campus X in Lisle, Illinois. This four-story facility will consolidate the company's office, research and development, and technology lab functions under one roof. The technology firm is slated to relocate from its current Downers Grove headquarters, approximately one mile away, during the first quarter of 2027.
This significant move represents Sentinel's first headquarters change in more than three decades. Stream Realty Partners, specifically Jordan Decker and Brian Duffy, represented Sentinel Technologies in the transaction. David Florent and Brent Jacobs of Colliers acted on behalf of the landlord, Napleton Automotive Group. The agreement includes plans for substantial capital improvements to the building, designed to support Sentinel's operational needs and long-term occupancy. This lease signifies a notable office market transaction in the Chicago suburban area.
