Delray Beach Zoning Board to Review Mixed-Use Residential Project at Congress Park Drive
The Delray Beach Zoning & Planning Board is set to review a significant residential project, The Easton Atlantic, on September 28th. Located at 160, 190, and 220 Congress Park Drive in Delray Beach, Florida, the development proposes an eight-story building with 352 apartments and six three-story townhomes. Notably, 38 of the apartments will be designated as workforce housing, catering to households earning 60 to 140 percent of the area median income in Palm Beach County.
The 16.3-acre site will integrate the new housing with existing office buildings. Plans include an eight-story parking garage with 672 spaces, shared by residents and office employees. Eastwind Development is leading the apartment component, while TMT Properties will develop the townhomes. Dorsky + Yue International is the architect, with Covelli Design presenting the application. This project represents a notable addition to Delray Beach's housing supply, particularly with its workforce housing component.
