Boca Raton City Council Approves 97-Unit Park Tower at Broken Sound Development
The Boca Raton City Council recently approved plans for the "Park Tower at Broken Sound," an eight-story luxury residential development located at 1075 and 1095 Broken Sound Parkway NW in Palm Beach County. This project, developed by Compson Associates with Vander Ploeg and Associates as the architect, is slated to begin construction in 2027.
The development will encompass over 185,000 square feet of new construction, yielding 97 residences. These units will primarily consist of two- and three-bedroom floorplans, averaging approximately 1,470 square feet. Notably, 10 of these residences are designated for households earning at or below 120 percent of the area median income (AMI), which is $104,000 for Palm Beach County according to HUD. The project also includes two levels of structured parking totaling 89,976 square feet, a swimming pool, fitness center, and a lounge with a golf simulator. Additionally, a standalone building will house 2,100 square feet of retail space. This approval marks a significant step for developers and lenders in bringing new residential supply to the Boca Raton market, including units addressing a specific affordability tier.
