PulteGroup Advances 424-Unit Reagan Landing Residential Project in Bradenton, Florida
Atlanta-based PulteGroup is moving forward with Reagan Landing, a new residential community planned for 616 Cotella Cove in Bradenton, Florida. The development, situated on 223 acres formerly known as Regan Ranch in Manatee County, will feature 424 single-family homes. These homes will span one to two stories, offering 14 different designs ranging from approximately 1,250 to 5,360 square feet. Each unit will include modern features such as open-concept layouts, smart home technology, energy-efficient appliances, and a two- to three-car garage.
Reagan Landing is slated for development in three phases, with units starting from $352,000. Community amenities will encompass a resort-style swimming pool, a dog park, two pickleball courts, and a fitness center. While ground hasn't officially broken, PulteGroup expects the project to be completed by 2029. Heidit Design is serving as the architect for the development. This project adds to PulteGroup's active pipeline in Florida, which includes other large-scale residential ventures.
