Berry Bay Multi-Family Development in Wimauma, Florida, Advances with Seventh Phase Adding 436 Homes
The Berry Bay multi-family housing community in Wimauma, Florida, is moving forward with its seventh phase, slated to add 436 new homes. This expansion will increase the total number of residences in the development to more than 3,600. The new homes will be constructed on lots ranging from 40 to 60 feet, offering floorplans between 1,500 and 3,600 square feet, with configurations from three to six bedrooms and options for two or three-car garages. Prices for these homes are expected to start in the $300,000s.
This latest phase will introduce a variety of amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool, a children’s playground, dog parks, and sports courts for pickleball and basketball. Eisenhower Property Group, based in Tampa, is the developer behind Berry Bay, having acquired the build site for $1.2 million in 2022. Key homebuilders involved in the project include D.R Horton, Perry Homes, and Aston Woods, with Clearview Land Design serving as the civil engineer. The development is situated near the intersection of U.S. 301 and Berry Grove Boulevard in Hillsborough County. Future plans indicate at least six more phases, which are expected to deliver an additional 300 townhomes, signaling continued growth in the Wimauma housing market.
