Garrett at EverRange Breaks Ground on 275-Unit Apartment Community in Jacksonville

Garrett Construction Company of Indiana LLC has begun work on Garrett at EverRange, a new apartment community located at 12331 Ever Range Parkway in Jacksonville, Florida. This project marks the developer's initial venture into the Jacksonville market, with an investment exceeding $40 million to date. The development will feature 275 apartments distributed among five four-story buildings, offering a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units ranging from 770 to 1,345 square feet.

Each apartment is planned to include modern amenities such as stainless steel appliances, integrated smart home technology, and vinyl plank flooring. Residents will have access to communal facilities including a resort-style swimming pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse, and co-working spaces. The nine-acre site in Duval County is currently undeveloped and is situated next to The Station, providing convenient access to dining, retail, and shopping options. The project is anticipated to reach completion in late 2027, adding significant housing supply to the area.
