North Palisade Partners has commenced development of the Palisade Santee Commerce Center, a significant multi-tenant industrial facility in Santee, California. The project is located on a 13.4-acre site at 10990 N. Woodside Ave. within San Diego County. This new center is designed to provide 290,618 square feet of modern industrial space, with an anticipated completion in the third quarter of 2027. North Palisade Partners acquired the land for $22.7 million, signaling a notable investment in the region's industrial sector. Evan McDonald of Colliers represented the buyer in the initial land transaction. Furthermore, Colliers will manage the leasing efforts for the upcoming property, with McDonald and Mark Lewkowitz appointed as the dedicated leasing advisors.
