Shea Properties has initiated construction on Shea Center Industry, a new Class A industrial development located in the City of Industry, California. The project encompasses 118,232 square feet across two distinct buildings. One facility will span 48,073 square feet, and the other 70,159 square feet, both including dedicated office space ranging from 5,000 to 7,000 square feet.

Slated for completion in late 2027, the industrial buildings are designed with modern specifications crucial for logistics and distribution operations. Features include 32-foot clear heights, ESFR fire suppression systems, and a combination of grade-level and dock-high doors. Each building will also offer a private, fenced concrete yard equipped with electric rolling gate operators, providing secure and efficient access for tenants.
